Life handed me lemons, and today I turned them into a really ugly but functional welded coat hook. For an upcoming animation project, I am going to (hopefully) build a Mutoscope, and as this is no longer a collaborative effort, I am taking matters into my own hands…literally. Today was my first welding lesson, and although my welds looked like metal turds I am really excited about the possibility of realizing this piece on my own. Doesn’t matter if it comes out looking like Frankenstein’s Flip Book, at least I’m not giving up.
Our Family Camp Collective is about to start up on a brand new Anijam, and thanks to Matt Cascella and James Downes we’ve got some fantastic audio to work with. BIG THANKS, guys!
